Liver Cleansing
Can it provide natural depression help?

Regular nutritional liver cleansing may help you to experience more energy and increased mental clarity.

What does the liver do and how can it provide depression help?

Like the pivotal role of a conductor in an orchestra, the liver is the main organ for toxin elimination and natural body cleansing.

And like all the musicians of the orchestra, our lungs, colon, kidneys, skin, blood and lymph make up the rest of the filtration system.

The liver functions as our conductor. It works furiously:

• Filtering blood of toxins, bacteria, fungi and parasites

• Metabolizing drugs, fats and protein

• Manufacturing thousands of enzymes
<
• Producing cholesterol and hormones

• Regulating blood sugar and hormones

• Manufacturing and regulating bile

• Processing end-of-cycle red blood cells

It has many functions and works endlessly without ever taking a vacation. And this is just an abbreviated list.

Burn-out avoidance is essential. The conductor of the orchestra must be kept healthy and alert in order for him to create vibrant and beautiful music, and so too must our livers.

Regular gentle liver cleansing will help to keep this system functioning optimally.

For optimal effect, the cleansing should be followed by powerful nutritional replenishment to rejuvenate the cells.

The result? When you feel better physically, you will feel better mentally.

This is really important for those who are seeking depression help.

So, are we really toxic?

Most articles and books on liver cleansing and liver detoxification explain in great detail how polluted our planet is. Even the CDC has an entire website and department devoted to monitoring environmental toxins and related diseases.

The California Environmental Health Tracking Program has gone one step further, informing us that, in the year 2000, there were 55,000 deaths in the U.S.A. due to toxic agents, well behind motor vehicle accidents at 43,000.

Who would not believe that we are toxic?

Many articles have been written about the number of chemicals we ingest every day. It’s as if the authors believe they are telling us something new, something they just discovered recently.

This is redundant information as the greater majority of people know all of this already. How could you not know that we live in a chemical environmental where borders don’t exist for the air we breathe and the water we drink? Even some imported foods are showing traces of the pesticide DDT, a chemical that has been banned in the U.S.A. and Canada since 1972.

Also, they lecture us about how chemicals clog our bodies – especially our livers – resulting in diseases, ones which we are suffering from now, or ones that may show up next month or twenty years from now.

Mercury poisoning, in particular, has been associated with behavioral problems and symptoms of depression.

Who would not accept that we store many of these harmful chemicals – over 80,000 licensed chemicals - within the cells of our bodies?

Surely, liver cleansing is more important than ever.

The state of our Food

And the majority of people would accept that today’s food is more nutritionally depleted now than twenty or thirty years ago due to the presence of larger farms whose main objective is to produce crop volume, almost always with heavy doses of pesticides and herbicides.

This denaturing of food combined with impure water and air places a major strain on our livers.

What can we do about it?

Most people would agree that these are very important issue. There is a way for us to take back control and do something about it by...

…regular liver cleansing as part of a body detox program to support the organs of elimination.

I find this to be one of the natural remedies for depression.
